Musical Playlists

Postby breimh on Fri Jan 15, 2010 8:14 pm

So, I'm sitting in the car of one of my local friends and as I'm waiting for him to return from dropping off a cheque for his phone service, I skip one song in his playlist on his iPod (can't stand Woodpeckers In Space, sorry), and the very next song just about knocked me over: Louis Lamp - Chiron - Open Mind. No WAY!

Sure enough, it plays through, and I'm thinking to myself, "Damn, he's really OUT THERE." Another convert has found enjoyment in a great artist's ability.

We need at least two more albums released by Louis Lamp! Who's with me? }8=)

Seems that I was the one who got this particular friend to buy one of your albums, and he's the one to get a friend in Chicago to do the same thing. Baph, you need more music out there fast, my friend, because you're like 50 times better than that Owl City kid with his wimply-sounding little Fireflies song. When you get famous, we're gonna set up a soul-food techno-jazz club where we only play your tunes and people fling bbq ribs and mustard greens when the techno-rave starts up in the evenings. }8=)
